Scope of services

Terms applying to all consultations and client relationships with Dham Enterprise.

1. Informational status. Dham Enterprise provides investment guidance and personalized recommendations for information purposes. Nothing on this website or in any consultation is an offer to buy or sell any security, product, or instrument, and the website is not a purchasing platform.

2. Consultation agreements. Consultations are arranged by mutual agreement. The scope, timing, and subject matter of each consultation are set out before it begins, and either party may end the arrangement by written notice.

3. Client obligations. Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about their circumstances and to notify Dham Enterprise promptly of any material change affecting that information.

4. Permission for communication. Advice by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp is provided only where the client has given explicit permission. Permission may be withdrawn at any time by written notice.

5. No warranty of performance. Dham Enterprise gives no guarantee of investment returns, no assurance against loss, and no promise of results. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future outcomes.

6. Responsibility for decisions. Clients remain responsible for their own investment decisions. Guidance is given as information to support those decisions and should be weighed against the client's own judgement.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Dham Enterprise is not liable for losses arising from reliance on informational guidance, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing terms. These terms are provided for the client's information and may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of a consultation applies to that consultation.
